This felt ok at first as it went on, however I noticed that over time, it seemed to gum up and somewhat harden on my skin.

It is alcohol free, paraben free, sulfate free and supposedly is even fungal acne safe. Interestingly, neither cosDNA nor Skincarisma throw up any red flags. It’s a good sized squeezy tube containing 40 ml of product, which is a relatively normal (perhaps towards the lower end) price to pay for sunscreens of that size. Innisfree shops & online is where you can buy this one, I guess. Too whitening drying, felt heavy and gummy on my skin. So yes, I was mildly hyped for this sunscreen. Plus, there’s this Krave Beauty moisturiser that seems to be really cool. I have often heard that oat is supposed to be a great skincare ingredient, and indeed, I love my Aveeno body lotion which contains colloidal oatmeal. Blueberry, Green Tea, etc – but this sunscreen is from their Oat range: Oat Mild Moisture Sun Cream SPF50+ PA+++. Innisfree has lots of different lines where the focus is on one ingredient – e.g. Innisfree is my favourite roadside style cosmetics shop in Korea and their products are usually well formulated. Today’s review, too, is from when I strayed after reading rave reviews on Hwahae about this Innisfree offering. I am also excited for this Klair’s UV Essence sunscreen, which I have seen recommended over and over on social media, and especially after reading this blog review by Simply Saima. see my review on La Biotte’s sun stick here or Innisfree’s sunscreen/primer hybrid here – but for now, I am using up my Dr Jart, of which there is only little left. 😫 I can no longer see it in stores, which makes me think it might either have been kicked to the curb, or, as the optimist in me hopes, is being formulated or repackaged. Sadly, it seems to have been discontinued. My favourite for the past five of them has been Dr Jart’s Every Sun Day, which I keep raving about every other day or so.

Sunscreens are an absolute non-negotiable for me and I have tried my fair share of them throughout the years.
